After mulling this [over] and reading y’all very passionate and interesting comments I think that the themes in the film are the themes we’ve been hearing from the administration and been living with but, just as in The Dark Knight, there comes a point when disillusionment and hopelessness sets [in] - the guilty are innocent and the innocent are guilty. That makes The Dark Knight an interesting political commentary more than it is a film in support of Bushy (as if).
