這幾天大家都在問:為什麼坎城片單沒有 Blindness?



全世界最酷炫的導演之一 Fernando Meirelles 繼 無法無天 疑雲殺機後,萬眾矚目新作居然沒有出現在坎城。Miramax 去年就是坎城先聲奪人策略奏效,將老人無國度一路捧到奧斯卡,但也有黛妃與海倫米蘭於威尼斯發跡的成功案例。



好消息是,ScreenDaily 剛發出確定能見度之正面消息。



改編自諾貝爾文學獎得主 José Saramago 小說,超過九成的民眾感染流行性失明,危及國家安全病情正肆意蔓延,未發現明顯外傷或症狀,沒有解藥。鑒於災情慘重,政府將採取封鎖 (containment) 回應。鬧鐘響起,醫生老公看不見水某,美麗的茱莉安摩兒該如何慎獨呢?

坎城官網這次給的珍貴圖片不僅可以下載,尺寸也大上許多。上次回顧楚浮高達的一九六八,這回我們來瞧瞧一九六零有什麼新鮮事。



雖然這篇以圖片為主,歷史還是要提一下:馬丁史柯西斯曾經說過,一九六零的坎城是影史重要上分水嶺,費里尼以張牙五爪馬戲團的《甜蜜生活》拿下金棕櫚,安董則以神秘疏離的《情事》拿下評審團大獎,不可能再有更大歧異了。
